Star Wars™: Destiny, the saga-spanning, collectible dice and card game of iconic characters and thrilling duels, is coming soon to your local United States retailer. But before that happens, you’ll have the chance to sneak a closer look. Fantasy Flight Games is hosting the Star Wars: Destiny Preview Event at the Fantasy Flight Games Center on November 11th at 5 P.M., and you can join us right here in Roseville, Minnesota for an unforgettable Star Wars experience!

The Star Wars: Destiny Preview Event

As we approach the general release of Star Wars: Destiny, you have the chance to join us in celebrating the game’s upcoming launch with a preview event at the Fantasy Flight Games Center. There, you’ll take part in a unique Star Wars experience: we’ll be offering demoes and open play of Star Wars: Destiny throughout the event, giving away unbelievable prizes, and featuring a one-of-a-kind panel on bringing Star Wars to life across different media. 

At the event, you’ll have the chance to meet iconic Star Wars characters from the 501st Legion and the R2-D2 Builders Club, while entering a charity raffle to win stunning, limited prizes. (All proceeds from the charity raffle will be donated to a charity supported by Force for Change.) And of course, you and your friends are encouraged to show up in your best Star Wars cosplay! 

In addition, the first 200 attendees to donate $10 to our charity raffle will receive an exclusive gift bag! Every gift bag includes a Star Wars: Destiny starter set (the Kylo Ren Starter Set or the Rey Starter Set), two Awakenings booster packs, a t-shirt commemorating the preview event, and a double-sided promo card featuring Kylo Ren and Rey. Lukas Litzsinger

Lukas Litzsinger is a full-time game designer for Fantasy Flight Games and the lead designer for Star Wars: Destiny. He also rebooted the classic game of Netrunner into Android: Netrunner, which won two Golden Geek awards and continues to release regular expansions. When he isn’t playing with chance cubes, Lukas can be found watching college football or writing poetry of dubious quality. He is currently working on some unannounced projects and and lives in the Twin Cities.

Timothy Zahn

Timothy Zahn is the award-winnning author of fifty novels, over a hundred short stories and novelettes, and five collections of short fiction. Best known for his ten Star Wars novels, including the Thrawn trilogy and The Hand of Thrawn duology, he is also the author of the Quadrail series, the Cobra series, the Conquerors Trilogy, and the Dragonback series. Upcoming books include Star Wars: Thrawn, a prequel to Grand Admiral Thrawn’s appearance in the third season of Star Wars Rebels.

Mark Waid 

Mark Waid is a New York Times bestselling author whose many works include the Marvel Princess Leia comics, as well as Kingdom Come, Superman: Birthright, and years-long runs on such popular titles as Daredevil, Fantastic Four, Flash, and Justice League. Currently, he scripts Archie, Marvel’s Avengers and Black Widow.
