A Look at the Prizes Available Through A Game of Thrones: The Card Game Organized Play
"Night gathers, and now my watch begins."
–Jon Snow, A Game of Thrones
Like the brothers of the Night's Watch—and the Wall they guard—the Organized Play program for A Game of Thrones: The Card Game refrains from the courtly politics of King's Landing.
The Organized Play program keeps its distance from the battles between the Great Houses, even while it feels their impact. For, like the Night's Watch, Organized Play serves all Houses and all the people of Westeros. It exists to keep them—you—safe and warm and happy, content with your games of cards and your jostling for power, even while the dead are stirring farther north.
But where the Wall was built with ice and magic, the Organized Play program has been built season by season to support your games. We help you find more players, more places to play, and more games to enjoy. We help you make friends with other members of the A Game of Thrones community, and we reward you with prizes for your participation.
Speak Your Vows
Each Organized Play kit for A Game of Thrones: The Card Game offers a variety of prizes to support your March to Battle tournament, or similar event. This upcoming season, these prizes celebrate the sworn brothers of the Night's Watch.
While others march to battle in the south, the brothers of the Night's Watch march to the Wall. While the castles of the south may boast riches, opulent designs, and the most breathtaking views, the greatest castle along the Wall—Castle Black—looks upon the construct of sheer ice and magic that lies between the civilized south and the barbaric north. Both the brothers of the Night's Watch and the Wall itself feature among this season's prizes.
- Top 16: Alternate art The Wall. Shown reflecting the rosy gleam of the setting sun, the Wall towers above Castle Black in this alternate art version of the Night's Watch's signature location. And as it is the Night's Watch's duty to defend this Wall from all northern invaders, so does The Wall add to your power each round you successfully defend against all challenges.
- Top 2: Alternate art Marched to the Wall. For some, the Night's Watch represents a chance at redemption for past crimes. Some join for hot meals and a sense of purpose. Others join because they are forced to join—cast aside by society and told to serve or die. There are as many reasons a brother may join the Night's Watch as there are sworn brothers, and this alternate art plot card evokes the untold mystery of the brother's service—with art that depicts two lone brothers staring at the distant Wall across an empty expanse of snow.
- Champion: Set of five acrylic Night's Watch tokens. As Champion of one of this upcoming season's Marched to Battle tournaments, you win a set of five black acrylic tokens with the Night's Watch raven painted atop them in grey. Use them as gold, use them to track your power, or use them as poison counters while your tricky Night's Watch stewards hatch their schemes. However you use them, these tokens will long serve you as a reminder of your victories atop the Wall!
The Sword in the Darkness
Whether you support the Night's Watch or you're simply glad they're defending your House from the wldlings and the wights of the north, you can celebrate the strength of the Wall with the prizes you win during the upcoming season of A Game of Thrones Organized Play.
